Comm Hard Money   Search Comm Hard Money Matrix The Commercial Hard Money search lists lenders that generally give more consideration to the value of the property/collateral rather than to debt-service coverage ratios. LTV’s are usually under 65% and they specialize in unique, hard-to-find loans. Hard Money lenders are sometimes referred to as Private lenders, Equity lenders or Portfolio lenders.
