Bothell, WA--August 18, 2006--Scotsman Guide, the leading resource for mortgage originators, now includes images of its print publications' advertisements online at its Web site, scotsmanguide.com.
This new online feature is a free, value-added service for the magazine's current print advertisers. Mortgage brokers who visit Scotsman Guide's Web site can view the print edition's ads from the online lender directory, the display-advertising directory and the resource directory pages.
Since the relaunch of scotsmanguide.com in October 2005 and the launch of Scotsman's award-winning wholesale-mortgage-lender search engines in early 2006, the site has seen increasing numbers of visitors monthly. Like the print publication, the online version is available for free to mortgage brokers nationwide.
Todd Britton-Simmons, national advertising manager for Scotsman Publishing Inc., says that having the full publication available on scotsmanguide.com is helping to enhance service to mortgage brokers and lenders alike.
"Scotsman Guide is no longer just the premier advertising medium for wholesale mortgage lenders in print; it is also becoming a dominant player online," Britton-Simmons says. "Posting the [print edition's] advertising is just one of many great enhancements in store for scotsmanguide.com."
Founded in 1984, Scotsman Publishing Inc. publishes a residential edition and a commercial edition of Scotsman Guide. The magazines have a combined monthly circulation of more than 100,000 subscribers nationwide. Scotsman Guide is the leading resource for mortgage originators, connecting mortgage brokers with wholesale lenders. The most recent Wholesale Access Mortgage Brokers' Survey found that more than 65 percent of mortgage brokers in the country read Scotsman Guide -- more than any other publication in the industry.
