Bookmark search parameters: This command saves your search to the Favorites in your browser.

Modify search: This command takes you back to the input screen with your current search variables so that you can change your existing search.

New search: This command takes you back to a blank input screen.

Printer-friendly page: This command creates a print-friendly version of the page you are viewing. You may still need to modify some of the page-setup commands (margins, portrait vs. landscape, etc.) so all information fits on a page.

Search feedback: This opens an e-mail to searchfeedback@scotsmanguide.com for questions and comments about the search engine.
Results Page / Explanations

Mouse over the data in a field to get more detailed explanations; a window will pop-up with a description of that field.

AEs/contacts: If you are looking for a regional account executive or contact information, click the lender's name to go to its Commercial Lender Directory entry.

The number of total search results is shown at the top in yelllow.

Click the "Expand details" link to get more specifics about criteria and results; the search details table will open up with the number of matching programs per field.

The numbers in each category represent the number of companies and programs that are found for that single category. For example, the "77" under GA indicates that there are 77 companies in Georgia listed in the commercial search total. All 77 companies, however, likely won't appear in your search results.
What to do if you get no results
The search details table is made to help you expand your search if you get no results. For example, in the table below, the loan submission criteria shown only has four programs — hence, if you expand the loan submission criteria you will get more results (and ideally some results that match your entire query). The bottom message will always recommend that you modify the two items with the lowest number of matches (for example, loan criteria and LTV).
