Do I have to register?

Yes. Registration is free. Visit www.scotsmanguide.com/loanpost and click the "Brokers Register" link. Fill out the registration form. Required fields marked with an asterisk (*) will be displayed to lenders when they reply to your loans. The checkboxes at the bottom of the page offer other features. The "E-mail Me When Lenders Reply" checkbox allows you to receive an e-mail each time a lender responds to your scenario. When you receive these e-mails, simply click the embedded links to view the replies. This is the best way to receive lender replies and allows you to avoid monitoring Loan Post yourself. Likewise, the "Display Contact Info for Lenders" checkbox allows lenders to see your name, address, phone number and e-mail address when they post a reply to you. Allow lenders to contact you when they're interested in your loan by leaving that box checked.

After ensuring your information is accurate, click "Save Account Info" at the bottom of the page. Within minutes you will receive an e-mail from registration@scotsmanloanpost.com with your User Login and Password.

TIP: Your contact information is displayed to lenders exactly as you type it. Your Scotsman Subscriber ID is the number that appears on the mailing label of your printed edition of Scotsman Guide.
