How do I get a password?
Follow the registration instructions. You will receive a password via e-mail.

I didn't get the e-mail with my password.
To ensure you are receiving lender alerts and other Loan Post e-mails, add alerts@scotsmanloanpost.com and registration@scotsmanloanpost.com to your e-mail application's trusted-sender list. For registration questions, call (800) 297-6061.

My password doesn't work.
You must type it exactly as it appears in the e-mail you received. Try copying it (Control-C) from the e-mail and pasting it (Control-V) into the password field.

I lost my password.
Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. On the next screen, enter the e-mail address you used to register and click "Send Password." You will receive an e-mail from registration@scotsmanloanpost.com containing your password.

How do I change my password?
When you are logged in, hover your cursor over LOAN POST in the black navigation bar across the top of the page. A drop-down menu will appear; click "Account," the third item on the list. This will take you to your Account Information page. Erase the dots in the Password field and type in a new password. Repeat your new password in the Password (Confirm) field and click "Save Account Info."
