Promote payment, not amount

In today's market, brokers must come up with creative and cutting-edge ideas to get their name out there and to attract new business. One way to promote business is to make brochures with Realtors' or builders' home listings and sell using the monthly payment, rather than the loan amount. Selling the payment gives buyers a better perspective of what they could afford payment-wise before they even see the sales price.
