Here's a tried-and-true tactic for beating procrastination. Clear away all distractions. Turn off the phone, the radio, etc. Work on the your project, without stopping, for 15 minutes. When your 15 minutes are up, assess the situation. If you want to stop, give yourself permission to walk away without guilt. You'll likely be so relieved to have tackled the project that it'll be a breeze to complete it.
