Haven't you had to replay a lengthy voice mail because you didn’t catch the caller's phone number — and the person left it only at the end of the lengthy message? When you leave a message, after providing your name and business, clearly state your telephone number. And remember to return every telephone call and every e-mail. There is never a good time to be rude. In today's market, this simple courtesy is important.
