Brokers who work with borrowers in search of real estate owned (REO) properties could face the best market of their careers. The key is to help lenders understand that buyers are ready and willing to purchase these properties — at the right price. By helping buyers and sellers of REO properties reach an agreement on price, brokers can make immediate income on the sale and develop beneficial relationships that could pay off later, as well.
