We cannot accept orders by phone at this time. Sales tax of 9.5 percent will be applied to all orders from Washington-state residents. All orders must include a completed order form.
Design requests for custom reprints will be processed upon receipt of payment. Electronic files will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Printed versions of the reprints will be sent upon client approval of the electronic-file proof. Files will arrive no earlier than April 1, 2010.
