Welcome to the entry form for Scotsman Guide Top Originators 2011!

For the third year in a row, we will be publishing the mortgage industry's most-comprehensive rankings of the nation's top-producing brokers, originators, bankers, etc. The list will appear in our April 2012 residential edition and online at scotsmanguide.com.

The entry period will run from Jan. 4 to Jan. 31. You can enter your data below for free. But first, please read our guidelines.

DEADLINE: Jan. 31, 2012

Please submit your data as soon as possible. We cannot consider information submitted after 11:59 p.m. (PST) Jan. 31. There will be no exceptions.

ELIGIBILITY

• To be eligible for consideration, originators must have a total personal residential loan volume of at least $30 million in 2011 or have personally closed at least 100 home loans in the year. Applicants who fall short of one of these minimums still can be considered for rankings in other categories, including FHA-loan volume, VA-loan volume, niche-related rankings, etc.
• Please note that your submitted data must include only your own, personal production. You cannot include loan volume from any other party -- such as a junior/associate originator or assistant or others who received commission for the transactions. We encourage all originators to apply individually.
• Per our verification guidelines, if you estimate your 2011 production volume, please do so as accurately as possible.
• Only entrants who complete all required fields, provide valid contact information and submit their data before 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Jan. 31 will be considered for the ranking.
• There is no charge for data submission or for appearing in the Top Originators ranking.

VERIFICATION

Our goal is to publish as accurate a list as we can. A Scotsman Guide representative will contact top entrants for a copy of their 2011 production report and written verification from a certified public accountant, company CFO or similar source. Thus, it is vitally important that you enter only information that you're sure you can verify.

Entrants whose data we cannot verify in a timely fashion will be removed from the ranking.

USING YOUR INFORMATION

April's residential edition of Scotsman Guide will include Top Originators 2011 rankings by dollar volume, number of loans and more. It will appear in our print edition as well as in our digital magazine. Additional rankings will appear on scotsmanguide.com. Top entrants' names and volume information may also be accessible via Web searches.

Entrants' provided contact information will not be published or used for purposes other than contacting entrants to verify submitted data or notifying them of Top Originators-related news, when applicable.
