NON-QM Investment Loans


I am so excited about all of the new Loan Product out there. I recently did a Loan for an Investor who was Refinancing his Quadruplex and needed Cash-Out for Reserves. I was able to get him the Loan, not Only with Cash-Out as Reserves, but with a 75% LTV. "No Tax Returns were required" This is based on the DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio).

This type of Loan is great for Investors who have multiple properties, alot of write-offs and need the Cash Out as Reserves.

I can honestly say, I have a lot of Lenders I use, so if you don't fall into the guidelines of one, there are alot of others to choose from.

This is NOT Hard Money, it is common sense lending, if the property Income covers the PITIA, you can get a Loan.

Of course there are underwriting guidelines for this particular loan. However I would love for you to give me the opportunity to run a scenario by me.

I won't hide my astonishment! This is a good investment! Unfortunately, I will never be able to buy it, so I decided to take a loan by cashcat and buy to me something. You should also have a look at this document
