Terango is the CEO of Certainty Home Lending, a national mortgage lending and fintech business, while Clapp serves as the company’s president. Terango has been a leader in the financial services industry for more than 30 years and his career has traversed four lines of business, including consumer banking, investments, small business banking and 25 years in mortgage lending. Clapp, an industry veteran of nearly 30 years, has held leadership roles with Certainty since 2009, including nine years as president and chief financial officer for the company’s predecessor, W.R. Starkey Mortgage.
