The following categories are included depending on the company’s annual production volumes:
Top Overall Volume, Top Retail, Top Wholesale, Top Correspondent, Top FHA & Top VA
- Company must be licensed by NMLS
- All loans must be originated under company’s NMLS
- Residential property types only
Submissions are accepted March 1 – 31 annually.

The early-bird submission fee is $1,149.
