Prior to joining Toorak, Parekh was a managing director at Invictus Capital Partners, an alternative mortgage credit fund, where he was in charge of the business-purpose loan business. Parekh also worked as a partner and managing director at Window Rock Capital Partners, a mortgage credit fund.
