Marcia Kaufman is CEO at Bayport Funding. She has over three decades of experience in the mortgage banking and real estate industry, with expertise in identifying real estate opportunities, valuation, development, management, and exit strategy for assets. Before joining Bayport Funding Kaufman owned a real estate investment and brokerage firm and was a senior executive at national mortgage firms. Recently Kaufman worked to secure bridge financing for fix and flip investors and for the purchase of rental properties for eventual stabilization.
