ICE Mortgage Technology has informed users of its widespread Encompass CRM software product that it will be conducting a guided pilot migration to Encompass’ spiritual successor, ICE Surefire CRM, through the end of the year. Companies that participate will receive free support from ICE and will be offered the opportunity to give feedback to improve the transition process.
