Damon Germanides is cofounder of Insignia Mortgage, a boutique mortgage brokerage based in Beverly Hills, California. For over 20 years, Germanides has been an industry leader in structuring mortgage loan solutions for high net-worth and high-profile clients. In 2011, Germanides co-founded Insignia Mortgage alongside his business partner, Chris Furie. Insignia Mortgage has successfully funded nearly $6 billion in loans and also evolved into several other adjacent, innovative loan product offerings.
