CBC Mortgage Agency is celebrating its 10-year anniversary by unveiling a new rebrand for its correspondent investor and Chenoa Fund downpayment assistance programs.

First Home Mortgage Corp. is opening a new branch office in Gainesville, Virginia, under the leadership of newly named branch manager Jodi White. With this addition, First Home Mortgage will bring its total number of offices to 32.

Maxwell announced the acquisition of solutions provider LenderSelect Mortgage Group, a mortgage solutions provider to community financial institutions throughout the eastern U.S. The transaction grows Maxwell’s market share by providing 180-plus LenderSelect customers with access to Maxwell’s full suite of solutions, including Maxwell Private Label Origination, the company’s mortgage-as-a-service platform.
