Notable mortgage industry hires and promotions, October 5-October 9

 
Supancich

Home Point Financial has announced the appointment of Kristin Supancich to the new role of chief people officer. Supancich brings more than 25 years of experience in the workforce and talent industry, joining Home Point after serving as senior vice president and global chief human resources officer at Kelly Services. At Home Point, she will be responsible for driving the company’s initiatives related to culture, engagement, leadership development, recruiting, diversity and inclusion.

Equity Prime Mortgage (EPM) has announced that Leora Ruzin has joined its team as senior vice president of wholesale operations. A 14-year veteran in the mortgage industry, Ruzin will take on her new leadership duties at EPM in addition to being the managing editor of Mortgage Women Magazine.

Axia Home Loans has announced three new hires for its new Unified Reliance Wholesale division. Dave Pilotte has been hired to lead the wholesale division as executive vice president, bringing more than 35 years in mortgage lending to the role. His experience covers a wide variety of roles from operations to sales, having served as divisional manager covering half of the West Coast over the last two decades. He studied business administration and management at Crafton Hills College. Chris Seinturier, who has been in the mortgage industry since 2005, will be the new division’s director of operations. Prior to joining Axia, Seinturier was the regional operations manager at PRMG. He studied social sciences at Chaffey College. Sigrid Hauser has been added as director of underwriting for the division, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the role covering all facets of underwriting. Before coming to Axia, she also previously worked for PRMG. She has a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from California State University Fullerton.

Sloan

Promontory MortgagePath has hired industry veteran Theresa Sloan as managing director of national mortgage operations. In this role, Sloan will lead national strategy for mortgage fulfillment while partnering with internal stakeholder groups such as sales, client strategy and technology to execute on growth and fintech strategy. Sloan comes to Promontory MortgagePath from Volly, where she served as a client services executive. Possessing more than 20 years of industry experience, she has also held several management- and executive-level positions with Ellie Mae, Black Knight, Mortgage Cadence, Aurora Loan Services and Wells Fargo.

 
Skipper

LRES Corporation recently welcomed Molly Skipper as national director of commercial valuation strategy. She will oversee commercial product and service offerings for LRES and focus on development of a growth strategy for the firm’s expanding commercial division. She has worked in the commercial appraisal industry for more than seven years. Prior to focusing on commercial valuations, Ms. Skipper held roles in various industries in client relations, marketing and business operations.
