Talk’uments, a digital language and limited English proficiency (LEP) technology provider, has announced an integration with cloud banking provider nCino, Inc. to offer multi-language resources to users of nCino’s point-of-sale (POS) digital mortgage platform Mortgage Suite. This is Talk’uments’ first integration into a POS solution in the financial services industry.

EMM Loans, doing business across the country as EMM Loans, Ideal Mortgage Group, Maximus Mortgage Advisors and Fidelity Lending LLC, is now offering Calque’s signature Trade-In Mortgage product. With the Trade-In Mortgage, a homebuyer can make a non-contingent offer as good as cash and backed by a purchase price guarantee from Calque. If the house does not sell within 90 to 150 days, depending on market conditions, Calque will purchase it.

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) has announced “Govy125,” a 125-basis-point incentive on any note rate for interest rate reduction refinance loan through the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) and non-credit qualifying Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan streamlines. Govy125 pricing is available on new locks now through September 2; to qualify, UWM partners need to use the TRAC+ and/or PA+ loan offerings. Clients who use TRAC+ receive up to an additional 60 basis points, for a total of up to 185 basis points.

Carrington Mortgage Services (CMS) is introducing Section 184 Loans for Native Americans for its retail lending customers. The Section 184 Loan Guarantee Program was created by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 to address the lack of mortgage lending for Native Americans and Alaskan Native tribal members. Loans offered through this program require a low minimum down payment, generally 2.25%, or as low as 1.25% for loans of less than $50,000. Section 184 home mortgage loans are fully available in 24 states, including Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico and Utah, as well as certain counties and cities in 14 other states, including Texas, New York and Connecticut.
