Notable mortgage industry additions and promotions, Dec. 11-15

Cenlar FSB announced three recent promotions. Kimberly DiLeo was promoted to director of issues management. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and joined Cenlar in 2015 as a default quality control and audit coordinator. Before joining Cenlar, DiLeo was at PHH Mortgage Corp., where she held several roles, including as team supervisor for home equity line modification, risk management, customer care and loss mitigation. She earned a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania. Jennifer McKeown was promoted to director of claims and loss analysis. She joined Cenlar in 2021 as loss analysis manager. She began working in default in 2007 as an REO agent and short-sales specialist. Before Cenlar, she was a senior client service manager at Northsight Management and REO manager at The Money Source. She was also default service supervisor at Ditech Financial. McKeown earned a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University. Nicole Savage was promoted to business control director. She joined Cenlar in 2021 as business control manager. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.

JMAC Lending announced the hiring of Eric Yang as executive vice president of third-party originator sales. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry on the wholesale and correspondent side. In his new position, he will be responsible for leading a team of regional sales managers and senior account executives for both business channels.

Attom announced that Ana Flor was promoted to chief people officer and Kara Taylor was promoted to chief marketing officer. Prior to joining Attom, Flor was the safety and HR director at Orange County Produce. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Cal State Fullerton. Taylor led the product marketing team at Campus Explorer before joining Attom. She also held positions at RedEnvelope, Teleflora, and Gifts.com. She graduated from the Art Institute of Southern California with a degree in graphic design.

Income and employment verifications provider Argyle added Sam E. Oliver III, who spent more than three decades at Freddie Mac, to its board of advisors. Oliver has held several leadership positions at Freddie Mac’s single-family business, most recently as vice president and business technology officer. He also served as vice president of business transformation management, vice president of major project execution and vice president of product delivery at the government-sponsored enterprise.
