Jessica Reed has been elevated to senior director of marketing at Guaranteed Rate. She has been with Guaranteed Rate for nearly three years, joining the company in 2021 as marketing project manager and ascending to director of marketing. Previously, she held project manager roles at AnnieMac Home Mortgage and Movement Mortgage. Reed earned a degree in psychology with a minor in sociology at Appalachian State University.

Summit Funding has announced several hires in various regions across the United States. Stacey Duncan has been added as an area manager in Charlotte, Jason Bryant joins Summit from Chicago, and area leader Rui Chaves will be based in Boston.

Dovenmuehle Mortgage has announced a pair of promotions within its business development team: Anna Krogh to senior vice president and director of business development and Chris Torres to vice president of business development and manager of the Western region. Krogh joined Dovenmuehle in 2022 from Associated Bank in Chicago, while Torres joined Dovenmuehle in 2021 as part of the technology research and development team in San Francisco before transitioning to the business development team in 2022.

Nations Reliable Lending (NRL Mortgage) has announced the recent appointment of Steven Curtis as its new chief production officer. Prior to joining NRL Mortgage, Curtis served as a senior vice president at Security National Mortgage and Fairway Independent Mortgage.

Greystone Monticello has announced the addition of JB Bowers as a director to assist with identifying multifamily bridge loan opportunities. He most recently served as an assistant vice president for Voya Investment Management, where he focused on both permanent and bridge loan originations across several Midwest, West, and Southeast U.S. markets.
