Lower, Optimal Blue and MBA Education are some of the mortgage-related companies and associations with recent hires and promotions

Lower announced the appointment of Gino Fronti as executive president, division president west, and vice president of product for LOAI, the company’s artificial intelligence-based productivity suite for loan officers. An industry veteran of over 25 years, Fronti is also the co-founder of the coaching platform Momentum Builder.

Optimal Blue has bolstered its C-suite by appointing a new chief financial officer and chief revenue officer to drive growth and operational strategy. Lanny Rogers III will serve as CFO, having occupied several finance-related positions since joining the company in 2017. Jeremy Moreno will become chief revenue officer. Part of Optimal Blue for over a decade, he most recently served as vice president of sales.

MBA Education, a division of the Mortgage Bankers Association, announced that Christy Soukhamneut has been named to lead the Residential Future Leaders Program. Soukhamneut, a financial services veteran with more than 20 years of experience, is currently a consultant with Stratmor Group and has held leadership roles at Texas Capital Bank, Flagstar Bank and Bank of America.

Assurance Financial announced that its chief operating officer, Scott Alexander, has earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. The prestigious CMB designation recognizes exceptional leadership and deep industry knowledge.

PNB Housing Finance announced that its board has approved the appointment of Ajai Kumar Shukla as managing director and chief executive officer. Shukla, who brings decades of experience in the financial sector, has been appointed for a five-year term.

Class Valuation announced the appointment of Daniel Alan Busch as CEO. Busch brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience, most recently as CFO of Continental Services.

FirstClose announced the appointment of Alex Sirpis as vice president of sales. Sirpis will lead the fintech provider’s sales organization and refine its go-to-market strategy. He previously served as vice president of sales at Loan Logics.

ServiceLink announced the promotion of Matt Rogina to senior vice president, sales manager. A longtime industry veteran, Rogina will assist with the management and development of the default sales team.

Polunsky Beitel Green LLP, a law firm supporting residential mortgage lenders, announced the appointment of Prasad Kodibagkar as chief technology officer. Kodibagkar previously served as CTO of Wells Fargo Home Lending Technology and held senior roles at Mr. Cooper and Rushmore.
