The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) has hired Jeremy Green as vice president of legislative affairs. Green, who holds more than a decade of government affairs experience, joins the MBA from McGuireWoods Consulting, where he served as vice president of federal government affairs.
Go Companies has appointed Jay Promisco as CEO. Promisco brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to the role, where he will be tasked with modernizing the company’s mortgage origination platform.
NFM Lending has promoted LaTasha Waddy to president, the mortgage executive announced on LinkedIn. Waddy, who joined NFM in 2010, previously served as the company’s executive vice president and chief legal officer. In a corresponding move, Bob Tyson is transitioning from president to CEO.
Benchmark, a Texas-based mortgage lender, has promoted Jim Poulin to chief operating officer. Poulin, who joined the company in 2015 and previously served as senior vice president of underwriting operations, will also continue to serve as chief credit officer, bringing over 30 years of experience to the position.
AmeriTrust Mortgage Corp. has hired Shea Pallante as chief revenue officer. Pallante, a mortgage industry veteran who previously served as president of Sprout Mortgage and held senior leadership roles at Civic Financial Services and Arc Home, joins the company from Brokers First Funding.
The Mortgage Collaborative has appointed Rich Swerbinsky as strategic adviser to the CEO and president. Swerbinsky, a co-founder of the organization who previously served as its president and chief operating officer, returns to the cooperative to support its strategic growth. In a corresponding move, the organization has named Heidi Belnay senior adviser for business development.
Planet Financial Group has added Scott Henley as a correspondent regional sales manager. Henley brings more than 30 years of experience to the role, having previously held senior leadership positions at Gateway Mortgage and Bank of America. In his new position, he will support correspondent partners across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico.

MeridianLink has appointed Raj Patel as chief technology officer. Patel, who previously served as a senior vice president at Genesys, brings decades of experience to the role, having held senior technology positions at Symantec, Pinterest, Salesforce, Cisco/Webex and Yahoo.
Equifax has named Justin Demola as senior vice president of mortgage and housing. Demola, who brings more than six years of cooperative and vendor-side leadership experience to the credit reporting firm, previously served as president of Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative and senior vice president of originations with Altisource.
