Ketan Parekh

Ketan Parekh is a managing director at Toorak Capital Partners. As the head of U.S. lender relations and capital markets, Parekh has more than 25 years of experience in residential structured products, mortgage and real estate banking. Prior to joining Toorak, Parekh was a managing director at Invictus Capital Partners, an alternative mortgage credit fund, where he was in charge of the business-purpose loan business. Parekh also worked as a partner and managing director at Window Rock Capital Partners, a mortgage credit fund.
