Sam Landy is president and CEO of UMH Properties Inc., a public equity real estate investment trust. The company owns and operates a portfolio of 145 manufactured home communities. He has served in these roles since 1995 and is a longtime advocate for affordable workforce housing. Under his leadership, UMH expanded nationally and earned industry recognition, including the Manufactured Housing Institute Chairman’s Award and induction into the RV/MH Hall of Fame.
