When Laura Hopkins expanded her role at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) last October, she knew the transition wouldn’t be simple. After all, along with already managing membership, she was taking on two of the highest-profile pieces of the organization — meetings and mPower.
“I remember thinking, oh my gosh, this is a giant undertaking,” Hopkins says in a call with Scotsman Guide. But as the months have passed, the transition has given way to confidence.
