Cenlar FSB has announced that Leslie Peeler has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer. She is tasked with establishing the vision and agenda for Cenlar’s servicing operations, developing and delivering on Cenlar’s strategic priorities. Prior to Cenlar, Peeler was a senior partner at IBM, led Promontory Financial Group and held leadership roles at Fannie Mae. She started her career with GMAC Mortgage.

Dominion Financial Services has announced the appointment of Dustin Wells as president of its newly established Wholesale Division. Wells brings over two decades of experience in financial services.

A&D Mortgage has announced the appointment of Tracie Wain as a new account executive covering Arizona. Wain joins A&D Mortgage from Nova Home Loans and LHM Financial in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she served as a mortgage loan originator. Prior to that, she was an Arizona account manager at Arch Mortgage Insurance.

Merchants Bank has announced the hiring of Mike Axelrood, Jason Campbell and Rich Hass as the newest members of its mortgage sales team, based out of the company’s Chicago offices. Axelrood will lead as regional manager, mortgage sales, and Campbell and Hass will specialize in the retail mortgage sector. Campbell will serve as the producing construction sales manager while Hass operates as producing sales manager. Axelrood comes to Merchants with nearly four decades of experience in various management positions, most recently served as a Chicagoland market manager for U.S. Bank and regional manager for PNC Bank. Campbell joins the Merchants Bank team with 25 years of mortgage experience, most recently as a private wealth mortgage loan originator and construction loan expert at U.S. Bank. Campbell also served as a vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate. Hass brings more than 35 years of mortgage experience to Merchants Bank. Before joining Merchants, Hass worked as a production manager for PrimeLending. Prior to that role, Hass was a branch manager for Wells Fargo for 31 years.

Cornerstone Capital Bank has announced the appointment of Patrick Ramsier as president, capital markets commercial real estate. Ramsier will spearhead the bank’s capital markets commercial real estate activities, bringing nearly 40 years of experience to the role.

Sagent has appointed Jaime Gow as chief financial officer. Previously, Gow served as CFO of Mr. Cooper and as head of banking finance at First Horizon Bank. Gow will oversee financial operations; lead strategic planning and dealmaking with customers; ensure long-term investment in Sagent’s Dara, LoanServ, CARE, Tempo, Loanboard, and Datascape platforms; and help accelerate Sagent’s market share growth.
