Sun West Mortgage Company has welcomed back John Brumund as chief production officer. Brumund was previously chief production officer at Sun West from 2018 to 2023; he has also held mortgage and finance positions with Premier Mortgage Resources, LendUS, the Money Source and Pacific Union Financial.

Evergreen Home Loans has announced that Robert Lipston has been promoted to head of production. Lipston joined Evergreen in 2022.

A&D Mortgage has announced the addition of Chris Jordan and Mike Genzoli as new account executives. Jordan will be covering the Oregon territory, while Genzoli will oversee northern California. Jordan’s career includes roles at Washington Trust Bank, MUFG Union Bank, and Summit Mortgage Corp., while Genzoli comes to A&D with over 30 years of experience at companies like Acra Lending, Sprout Wholesale Mortgage, and Concept Mortgage.

Highlands Residential Mortgage has added Dan Carson as senior vice president/area manager at its Dallas (Park Cities) branch. Prior to joining Highlands Residential Mortgage, Carson served in various leadership positions, including senior vice president/producing partnership area manager at OriginPoint, senior vice president of national production at Willow Bend Mortgage Company and growth-focused leadership roles at PrimeLending and PNC Bank.

WFG National Title Insurance Company (WFG) has appointed 18-year industry veteran Bette Rivera-LeMay as senior vice president, sales and strategic growth for the company’s North Texas operations. She will be responsible for recruiting and hiring new sales and escrow personnel and leadership roles for the region, as well as training and managing the region’s sales team members and generating additional revenue opportunities.

Candor Technology, a platform that uses artificial intelligence technology to automate loan underwriting and quality control for mortgage lenders, has announced the appointment of Eric Rawlings as its chief technology officer.

Incenter Marketing, a branding, marketing, public relations and sales engagement firm with specialties in the mortgage and finance industries, has announced the promotion of Jake Haynes to director of creative operations. Haynes joined Incenter Marketing in 2020 as a senior graphic designer.
