Notable mortgage industry additions and promotions, March 11-15

Planet Home Lending has hired Doug Long as senior vice president, divisional sales manager. Before joining Planet, Long was the Southeast divisional president for AmeriFirst Mortgage/Union Home and president of national lending for Prospect Mortgage. Prior to that, he was CEO and co-founder of Pinnacle Financial.

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group is pleased to announce that Reginald Maddox has joined the company as a mortgage banker. Maddox has been servicing clients in Maryland, northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., for over 20 years.

The MBA Opens Doors Foundation has added Christine Chandler, MBA’s 2024 vice chair and executive vice president, chief credit officer and chief operating officer at M&T Realty Capital Corporation; and Jeffrey C. Taylor, founder & managing director at Mphasis Digital Risk to its board of directors.

Greystone has announced that its Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Syndication Platform has added Sarah Laubinger as chief operating officer and Todd Jones as chief investment officer. Both executives report to Greg Voyentzie, Chief Executive Officer of the LIHTC Syndication Platform known as Greystone Real Estate Capital.

Arrive Home has appointed Mark Tribuna to the role of chief operations officer. In his role as COO of Arrive Home, he will oversee operations and spearhead the company’s continued mission to expand access to homeownership for underserved borrowers. Tribuna was previously chairman and CEO of Nation One Mortgage Company.
