Freddie Mac has named Diana Reid as its new CEO.

LoanDepot has appointed Nancy Smith to lead its Colorado and Wyoming branches as regional vice president, in-market retail. She has held sales leadership roles at companies like Bank of America, MetLife Home Loans, Caliber Home Loans and Homeowners Financial Group.

Panorama Mortgage Group (PMG) has announced that Hector Amendola has been appointed president, effective immediately. In his new role, Amendola will oversee all operations, leveraging his experience to further enhance the company’s growth, operational efficiency, and mission to serve underserved markets across the nation. Amendola brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently as PMG as executive vice president of finance & retail. He has served in several leadership positions, such as senior vice president of retail lending at Alterra Home Loans and president of Americana Home Loans.

Asurity Advisors has announced that Debbie Grissom has joined the organization as a senior advisor. Bringing with her over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Grissom will support Asurity Advisors’ clients with mortgage compliance as well as operations strategy and execution. Prior to joining Asurity Advisors, Grissom worked in senior roles in mortgage-focused advisory firms; before that, Grissom held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, where she managed the buying and selling of whole loans, and Wells Fargo Bank, where she oversaw the secondary marketing department.

LenderLogix has announced that Ben Head has joined the company as an account executive responsible for expanding LenderLogix’ market share. With more than 20 years of sales experience in the mortgage industry, Head joins LenderLogix from Enact Mortgage Insurance, where he served as a strategic accounts representative for more than 12 years. Before Enact, Head held sales positions with Forward Financial and Prime Mortgage Company.

Title Clearing & Escrow has appointed Zach Hines as senior vice president of business development and Cara Ogrodowski as client relations manager. Hines will be responsible for expanding the company’s market share and sales team while creating new revenue opportunities. With more than 20 years in the title industry, he most recently served as CEO of TitleClose and also held executive leadership roles at BCHH National Title Agency, Ascendant National Title, Amrock, Equity National Title & Closing and LandAmerica Financial Group. Hines graduated from Purdue University with a degree in organizational leadership. Ogrodowski, meanwhile, will work with customers to understand their goals and ensure their needs are met. Ogrodowski has over 20 years of title industry experience, most recently as executive vice president at TitleClose. Ogrodowski’s career also includes executive positions at LandAmerica, Service 1st and Epic Real Estate Solutions. She is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College.
