Fannie Mae, Farmer Mac and other mortgage-related players announce a wave of additions, promotions and related hiring news

Fannie Mae has tapped Srikanth Geedipalli as vice president of modeling and AI products and services. Geedipalli, who previously held a senior vice president role at Experian, will focus on building platforms to support the government-sponsored enterprise’s mission of expanding access to affordable housing.

Farmer Mac appointed Matthew Pullins as its new executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Pullins joined the organization from PNC Financial Services Group, bringing over two decades of financial leadership experience and a personal background in production agriculture to the role.

Acra Lending has appointed Suzy Lindblom as managing director of national operations. With 30 years of mortgage experience, she will oversee wholesale and correspondent lending operations, in addition to underwriting.

Better unveiled Barry Feierstein as its new chief operating officer. Feierstein brings more than 30 years of experience to the role and a long history working in the housing finance space. In his new role, Feierstein will partner with the executive team to support Better’s artificial intelligence initiatives.

Planet Home Lending has hired Brandon Bean as senior vice president of its national fulfillment team. Bean brings more than two decades of experience in retail operations to the role, where he will support the expansion of the company’s distributed retail division.

CrossCountry Mortgage announced the addition of the Victor Alpha Group, a team of more than 20 professionals specializing in Department of Veteran Affairs lending.

CBRE announced the promotion of Andy Glanzman to CEO of its real estate investments segment. He will oversee both Trammell Crow Company (TCC), CBRE’s real estate development subsidiary, and CRBE Investment Management, its global asset investment management arm. In corresponding moves, Adam Nims has been promoted to CEO of TCC and Adam Saphier will become global chief operating officer of CBRE’s advisory services segment.

Class Valuation has named Daniel Allan Busch as chief financial officer. Busch brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience to the appraisal management company. Most recently, he served as CFO of Continental Services, where he oversaw financial strategy and operations.
