Sagent, a provider of cloud-based and AI-native mortgage servicing technology, has appointed Kenneth Posner as chief financial officer. Posner has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industries, including a lengthy stint as senior vice president of strategic planning and investor relations at loan servicer Mr. Cooper Group, which was acquired by Rocket Companies in 2025. He also co-founded Capital Bank Financial Corp. and worked as a senior research analyst at Morgan Stanley earlier in his career.

The National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL) has added Ayrianne Parks as deputy director and Meaghan Lynch Collins as senior director of communications. Parks previously worked as senior director of policy advocacy for Enterprise Community Partners and served as co-chair of the ACTION Campaign, a grassroots coalition that advocates for expansion of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. Lynch Collins most recently served as head of federal affairs at Airbnb Inc. and was formerly press secretary at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), with prior experience on Capitol Hill in public relations roles at both the House and Senate.

The Center for Affordable Housing Lending, the nonprofit policy research partner of the NAAHL, has named Julia Gordon its inaugural senior fellow, marking the first appointment in a research program that aims to address challenges in affordable housing finance. Gordon served for nearly three years as assistant secretary for housing and federal housing commissioner at HUD. She previously was president of the National Community Stabilization Trust and held a senior role at the Federal Housing Finance Agency. In 2025, she founded Gordon Housing Strategies, a consulting firm serving the housing, mortgage, community development and consumer finance sectors.

Veterans United Home Loans has promoted Kelley Frink to chief operations officer. Frink, who joined the company in 2013, was named chief financial officer in 2019. A licensed certified public accountant, she oversaw Veterans United’s financial reporting as it financed more than $26 billion in home loans last year.

LendlyX Inc., a tech company providing fraud detection and loan file analysis to the private lending industry, announced Linda Hyde has joined its advisory team. Hyde, based in Kansas City, is president of the American Association of Private Lenders.

Certainty Home Lending has added Miguel Hawkins as senior vice president of emerging markets, Ivan Ramirez and Midelvia Chavez as vice presidents of mortgage lending, and Elvira Rodriguez as producing branch manager. Rodriguez is based in the Las Vegas area, while the other three new hires are in the Atlanta metro area, with the company noting that the appointments reflect its “continued commitment to serving Spanish-speaking markets.”

Click n’ Close has hired Merv Govender as chief information officer. Bringing more than 25 years of tech leadership experience across the banking, gaming and healthcare industries, Govender will be tasked with leading the Texas-based lender’s technology development and deployment strategy, including cybersecurity and driving the company’s adoption of artificial intelligence to support its lending operations and third-party origination channel.

Lower has tapped Nino Saso to serve as executive vice president of retail and divisional president, where he will be tasked with recruitment, market expansion and retail strategy. Saso most recently served as chief production officer at U.S. Mortgage Corp.

Real estate data provider BiggerPockets has named Eric Augustyn as CEO. With 20 years of real estate investing and business leadership experience, Augustyn aims to expand the company’s Pro Perks program, which provides members with deal-finding resources and discounts from lenders and other real estate service providers.

Dovenmuehle, an Illinois-based mortgage subservicing company, has named Ann Morey head of product. Morey most recently served as vice president of product delivery at Tria and previously was a director of product for cloud platforms with the U.S. Air Force. She has also held product management positions at XPO Logistics and First Data.

SingleSource Property Solutions, a provider of residential property services, has hired Noah Meier as chief appraiser. Meier has been in the appraisal industry since 2004, working in the field before moving into management roles at Xome and ServiceLink.
