- Age: Must be under 40 years old as of December 1, 2025.
- Industry: Must work in the mortgage, lending or real estate finance industries.
- Experience: Demonstrated success and measurable impact in their role (e.g. origination volume, leadership growth, business development or innovation).
- Company Endorsement: Nominee must be recognized or supported by their company as a rising talent.
- Professional Conduct: Must have a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service.
Submission period for the Top Emerging Stars is September 1 – November 12 annually
