Industry watch: New eco-friendly residential, commercial loan options and more

CrossCountry Mortgage has launched CCM EasyGreen, a new mortgage product that allows borrowers to save money through eco-friendly improvements to their homes. The product can be used in a purchase or refi to finance the cost of energy-efficient appliances and other eco-friendly home improvements. Available for primary residence only; Income limits apply.

Arc Home has announced a corporate rebranding, including a new logo, color scheme and a tagline: “Non-QM Made Simple.”

Motto Mortgage has opened a new office in Orlando, dubbed “Motto Mortgage Royal.” John Lovaglio will serve as the senior mortgage consultant and loan originator for the office.

BMO has announced the launch of its Greener Future Financing program in the United States — its first climate financing program for small and medium-sized businesses. In 24 states, customers may receive a 0.5% rate discount on owner-occupied commercial estate mortgage loans and investor-owned real estate mortgage loans ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000. Loans must be used for eligible green upgrades defined within program guidelines.
