California, Florida and Texas were the most popular states for commercial construction searches on Scotsman Guide’s Lender Search for the first half of 2021.
The three states also led the country in residential construction searches on Scotsman Guide’s Lender Search platform from January through June. California and Florida, in particular, continue to receive considerable interest within site activity, each generating more than twice the number of commercial construction searches than Georgia, which finished the first half of the year fourth among all states.
