Scotsman Guide announced the appointment of Ski Swiatkowski to a one-year term on the company’s board of directors.
“As a previous customer, I have always held Scotsman Guide in extremely high regard as the go-to provider of insights, news and financial technology to the mortgage industry,” Swiatkowski said. “By joining Scotsman Guide’s board of directors, I will not only have an opportunity to help a company grow that I deeply admire, but I will also be able to create positive impact for other professionals in an industry where I have spent the last 38 years of my career.”
Swiatkowski’s term on the Scotsman Guide board officially began on Aug. 23. He is a highly experienced mortgage industry veteran, public speaker, performance improvement and leadership specialist, and author of the book, “Create The Change You Want To See.” His mission has been to help people learn, grow and succeed, and he has focused on assisting executives and business owners to impact their profitability through transformative leadership strategies.
Swiatkowski started as a loan originator in 1984, and his success in sales led to a number of leadership roles. He has previously held executive positions as the vice president of business development for Silver Hill Funding, vice president of originations portfolio marketing for Bayview Loan Servicing, and CEO of his own mortgage brokerage firm.
