Xactus has announced that Danielle Walker has been named senior vice president, business development. Previously she served as vice president, product development and served as sales and product manager for one of Xactus’ divisions, Appraisal Firewall. Walker oversees business development and operations for Xactus’ property valuation solutions division that includes Appraisal FirewallX, Appraisal ScorecardX and VerisiteX; and its proprietary appraisal/property valuation technology. She has a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and women’s and gender studies from Eastern Washington University.
Union Home Mortgage (UHM) has announced that serving in the newly created roles of East Division and Midwest Division manager are Bryan Wright and Jim Racine, respectively. Wright has been in the mortgage business since 1989 and joined UHM in 2012. Racine is an experienced mortgage professional with more than 30 years of industry experience. Previously, Racine held positions of increasing responsibility with Caliber Home Loans through its acquisition by Newrez in 2021.

Most recently, Ross held the positions of president and chief operating officer at Everee Inc., a full-service payroll company that he founded. Prior to founding Everee, Ross served in C-level positions for several companies, including Teem Technologies, Ecoscraps and SkullCandy. Ross holds a master of business administration in accounting from Bentley College and a master of science in finance and economics from Boston University.
