Based in Kentucky, Preston most recently served as president of retail and division president at Benchmark. He will run Rate’s profit-and-loss platform, aiming to help loan officers achieve sustained profitability.
AnnieMac Home Mortgage has appointed Gianni Cerretani as branch manager of its Momentum Group. Based in Atlanta, Cerretani will focus on building high-performing teams and establishing a strong regional presence as the AnnieMac division expands in the Southeast.

Americasa, a division of Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, announced that Yasser Valdes Herrera has been promoted to president. Based in Miami, Herrera had served as vice president of Americasa Home Loans since December 2023, which is a specialized, Spanish-language mortgage platform and lending service focused on helping the Hispanic community achieve homeownership.
Citywide Home Mortgage, a Rate company, has promoted Robert Coomer to chief growth officer, a role that oversees strategic initiatives designed to expand the company’s national footprint. The founder of the Robert Coomer Group, he joined the company in 2024 as executive vice president and director of sales strategy and growth.
Planet Home Lending has tapped Adam Levitt to serve as a correspondent renovation account executive following the retirement of Margie Walsh. Levitt previously held roles with CrossCountry Mortgage and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.

Waterstone Mortgage has hired Jeremy Moreithi as branch manager for its location in Ashburn, Va. Moreithi, who has more than 20 years of lending experience, most recently served as a branch manager for Envoy Mortgage.
Invesco Mortgage Capital has named Kevin Collins as CEO and David Lyle as president, effective May 1. The moves follow the retirement of John Anzalone, who served as CEO for nine years. Collins and Lyle both joined the company in 2009, with Collins serving as president and Lyle as chief operating officer since 2017.

Williston Financial Group (WFG), a provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services, has appointed Ryan Ozonian senior director of innovation and artificial intelligence at MyHome, a WFG-owned real estate tech company. AI-driven pre-underwriting company Friday Harbor has added Kate Schilling as director of sales and Melina Stayton as customer success manager. Schilling previously served as a senior account executive at Dark Matter Technologies following a stint as a loan originator at CrossCountry Mortgage. Stayton worked as a production operations supervisor at Evergreen Home Loans, where she played a pivotal role in company-wide technology implementations.
