Notable mortgage industry hires and promotions, December 21-January 8


ReverseVision has announced the promotion of president Joe Langner to president and CEO. Langner, who joined ReverseVision as president in March 2020, has more than 30 years of executive experience driving growth at mortgage technology and software companies. A former CEO and chief sales officer at Ellie Mae, Langner has also served as CEO at Blue Sage; president at PCLender; executive vice president at Sage; and senior vice president at Dun and Bradstreet. Former CEO John Button will continue to advise the corporate board as a member of the board of ReverseVision.


Guaranteed Rate has named Pat Gannon as a vice president of mortgage lending in Annapolis, Maryland, to serve borrowers throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Gannon joins Guaranteed Rate with more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience, specializing in guiding borrowers through conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo mortgages.


Guaranteed Rate Affinity, the mortgage origination joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Realogy Holdings Corp., has named DJ Sessions as a vice president of mortgage lending in Cincinnati effective Jan. 4. Sessions joins the Guaranteed Rate Affinity team with nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Sessions, who lives in Dayton, is a graduate of Sinclair Community College.


Sierra Pacific Mortgage has announced Rob Saunders as a new vice president and divisional sales director for its Wholesale Lending channel. Saunders, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, will oversee the organization’s Western division. Most recently, he served as the managing director (West) for Home Point Financial. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Caliber Home Loans and Plaza Home Mortgage.

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced that Charmaine Brown has been chosen to fill its newly created position of director of diversity and inclusion. Brown, who started on Jan. 4, will be responsible for developing, promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion programs for the real estate finance industry. Most recently, she served as chief equity officer for Charles County, Maryland. Prior to that post, Brown worked in various roles at Fannie Mae for over 20 years, most recently as diversity director in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. She holds a master of arts in communications from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor of arts in English from Bowie State University.


CBC Mortgage Agency (CBCMA) has promoted Miki Adams to president effective Jan. 1. Adams, who previously served as executive vice president of CBCMA, has 30 years of mortgage lending experience. Her background includes credit and collateral underwriting, secondary marketing and portfolio asset management, regulatory compliance, and regulatory audit and examination management. She attended Santa Barbara College.


First Community Mortgage (FCM) has named Crissy Salyer regional assistant vice president. She has 16 years’ experience in regional mortgage management and other wealth and financial areas.


Agents National Title Insurance Company (ANTIC), part of the Incenter family of companies, has promoted Elizabeth Blake from controller to chief financial officer. Before coming to ANTIC, Blake, who joined ANTIC in 2015, was an accountant with Marberry & Eagle, CPAs, P.C., where she was the lead CPA for a major real estate company. ANTIC has also announced the addition of Matt Hood as Midwest Region agency manager. Based in Cincinnati, Hood will be responsible for growing ANTIC’s regional presence by establishing an expanded network of title insurance agents and agency representatives. Hood, a graduate of the University of Iowa with a bachelor of arts in political science, brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his role.

Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) has announced that Dylan Glenn and Lynnette Kelly joined its Board of Managers as new independent members effective Jan. 1. Glenn is CEO of KBBO Americas; prior to joining that, he was senior managing director of Guggenheim Partners. He has also served as deputy chief of staff to Gov. Sonny Perdue of Georgia and as special assistant for economic policy to former President George W. Bush. Kelly is a financial services senior executive with more than 30 years of business, legal and compliance, technology and data, advocacy, regulatory and management experience in the fixed income securities markets, both domestically and internationally. Kelly spent 12 years at Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, in Washington, D.C., as president and CEO until her retirement in September 2019.
