Planet Home Lending has confirmed its acquisition of Axia Home Loans’ retail mortgage business.

UBS, which bought Credit Suisse after the Switzerland-based bank fell into financial troubles last year, has announced an agreement to sell Credit Suisse’s U.S. mortgage servicing operation to an unnamed buyer.
